Experience
With over 30 yrs. of experience in Real Estate. My clients wishes come first. I have had the opportunity to rezone property from residential to business so my client could sell her property for more. Whatever it takes to make my client achieve their goal, wheather a first time Buyer or that executive transfering for the 12th time, or the military family that need my help to make this move the best yet. I have hundreds of past clients that I still contact and we enjoy touching base and remembering our time together either selling their home or finding the home that spoke to them as they walked in the front door, saying welcome home. Though I specliase in Residential Real Estate I also have sold many small farms and acreage.

Personal
I have been Married for 47 years to my Husband Lawrence. I have two children, my son, Brian and my daughter, Cindy.
I have four grand children Sarah, Tyler, Chad and Ryan.
I treat my Clients as I would like to be treated. They are important to me and so are their wishes. I have been known as the Baby blanket Realtor. I give my clients and past clients Baby blankets as they have new additions to their family. One month I gave away 12 blankets. One Client had triplets, 2 had twins and there were 7 individual births to my past clients. I say past clients, but as they move they call me and refer me to their friends.
Buyers
I have always put my clients needs first. As sould be if you put your trust in me you deserve no less. If a bonus is posted for the selling Realtor I have put in the contract that that amount go to the buyers costs, or deducted from the price of the home.
The only exception has been when this has not been an option as in Homesteps or some gov. agency, where if the selling agent does not receive it there is no bonus.
Sellers
I have the dedication to see that my listings sell. I hold an open house every Sunday except Christmas, Easter, Mother's day and Father's day. I have found over the years that the extra exposure helps. Every listing has the capability to have a virtual tour, if the seller wishes one. With the new enhansed Realtor.com exposure, we can put 25 pictures of your home on the internet. If you prefer not to do so it is your choise.
It now shows in surveys about 80% of buyers will find their home on the internet and I have 4 different sites for them to find my listings.
